Orders, Delivery and Returns

Orders and Cancellations

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please ensure you check your emails and respond to any email from us if necessary.

Orders for fresh flower bouquets, or for buckets under £45 may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Any other orders will incur a 10% fee and orders over £100 require a non-refundable deposit of £50. Any cancellations need to be requested by phone or email.

 

Orders for dried items may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before posting. We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 working days. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched by the time you contact us, please return your package unopened and undamaged and we will refund you on receipt of the returned package, minus any postage costs.

Delivery

Delivery is currently to the UK only

 

DRIED GOODS

 

Dried items will be posted approximately 1-3 days after payment is received. Delivery is via Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will depend on the size of the parcel and your need for speed /cost.

Delivery is calculated by price total, so once your items are in the basket your delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

Please note, if long items are not being collected in person ie they are being sent via post, any items listed as being over 70cm will be cut to approx 70cm or 60cm to fit into the most appropriate sized postal box. Please contact me if the full length is required and I will endeavour to find a solution. 

If not currently in stock, the dried arrangements are handmade to order and will take approximately a week to prepare.

FRESH FLOWERS

A minimum of 48 hours is required before being ready for you. As I pick fresh to order, the flowers need some time to condition to ensure that they are in peak condition for lasting in your vase or for your event. Local collection or delivery can be arranged. Should you need something more quickly then please contact me to see if this is possible.

Please specify why and when the flowers are to be used ie for a wedding or event in the next few days, or for vase use at home so that I can pick appropriately.

Buckets of flowers will be for a minimum of 50 stems of a mixture of focals, fillers and foliage, or 60 if just fillers and foliage, with some variation of heights but all a minimum 40cm, or rarely, 30cm. Should you need, you can use the information box to specify colour preferences or flower types but as this can vary depending on availability I reserve the right to provide as near a match as possible. Please contact me to discuss if required.

You will need to bring clean buckets to transfer into or exchange.

There is a map during the payment process that shows the areas covered for local delivery. Please contact me if you are unsure whether your area is covered. Some delivery fees may apply.

If you or the fresh flower recipient will not be at home when delivery is made, please leave a bucket of water so that the flowers can be placed in it somewhere in the shade.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION

Where items are NOT being delivered to YOU and YOUR address please enter the RECIPIENTS name and address. Later you will be asked for the billing address.

Please enter your email address and telephone number and any extra useful delivery information.  

In the notes section please put any wording you would like written on the delivery card eg Many happy returns, love and hugs, Lucy. Please note that there is an extra charge for a card.

Returns and Refunds

If, for whatever reason, your flowers have not arrived within 14 working days of your placing an order, please contact us and we will send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date or a refund.

 

Any cost of returning unwanted items is to be paid by the customer, except if the item is faulty. We recommend to all customers returning items to use a signed or tracked service, as we will be unable to refund any items that are not received.

 

We carefully pack our dried flowers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, occasionally, they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur, please email us a photo of the damaged flowers within 24 hours of receipt. If, at our sole discretion, the flowers appear damaged, we will offer you a free replacement at our next available delivery date or a refund.

 

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers we are unable to accept returns of these. In order to assist us in resolving any issues quickly, should you have any concerns about any of the fresh flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the date of delivery.

 

If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks may take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
